Sphere Enterprise is aimed at system admin’s and company’s with multiple sites and multiple servers and clients. Sphere is the perfect solution to fit into your business continuity or disaster management plan. Sphere is designed around the principles of best practice outlined by ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 data management and security policies.
Sphere uses 256 AES Encryption and all data is encrypted at its source, so there is no need to install or implement SSL licences for data transit.
The Sphere Enterprise licence consist of the following:
- Unlimited Licence for servers and clients
- Access to our online data warehousing
- Unlimited 24/7/365 Technical support
- MSI installation for network deployment
- Database archiving for all major databases applications
- No data surcharge for information you store locally
Depending on your companies policy you can either backup user data at client level, or at the host level. Sphere works on a 25 hour rotation, so after completing your first full backup, Sphere will then take incremental backups of any data that has changed. Or you can use the scheduler to configure it to your exact requirements. Sphere, unlike competitive products does not take full hard disk images. The reason for this is Sphere has been designed to have the smallest system footprint possible, and storing individual images is not only a massive hard disk space drain, but can also have high server overheads. Instead we suggest you use Windows deployment server and windows PE and imagex to configure your companies hard disk images (all available for free in windows server, and if you are using windows vista business or windows 7 professional and above it has hard disk imaging software built into the OS).
Data backed up using Sphere is stored in a number of ways;
- At client level
- At server level
- NAT or external storage device
- Sphere Cloud Cluster
Data stored in our cluster is subject to payment of a storage fee.
This product will be billed on a weekly cycle from the date of your purchase.
This purchase is the initial first payment to use Sphere. Enabling.IT will contact you 2 working days before the end of your 1st billing period via email to set-up re-cursive billing.
There are some limitations;
- The cost of program rental does not include storage space in our data cluster.
- Should you wish to carry out a restore of your stored data, and are no longer paying to use Sphere; there is a one off restore charge of £50 +vat.
- You will not be entitled to automatic telephone technical support, you will have to purchase a support plan.
- By default Sphere is set to only store information locally and will only allow off-site storage to our data cluster.
- All installations carried out remotely by Enabling.IT will be charged at £50 +VAT.
- On-site installations will be charged at £250 +VAT and are only available to UK mainland only.
- All technical support is carried out in English.
